I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic during my cleaning appointment. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. I really appreciated the extra touches they offered, such as giving me options to choose from including music, a neck pillow, and lip care, which made the appointment feel much more relaxing and personalized.

What stood out the most was how customized the entire experience felt. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and tailored the visit to my preferences rather than treating it like a routine appointment. Great experience with Dr Faizan. He was able to assist me with my dental needs. He explained to me things prior to the exam and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone for your dental work.

I recently had a cleaning at Platinum Dental in Mississauga, and I genuinely had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office.

My hygienist, Rusul, was absolutely amazing. She took exceptional care of me from start to finish — very gentle, thorough, and constantly making sure I was comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.

The whole clinic was clean, professional, and welcoming, but Rusul truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place that actually makes dental visits a good experience, I highly recommend Platinum Dental and especially Rusul.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you to Dr. Faizhan Ahmed and his assistant Shawn — Dr. Ahmed took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease about my dental concerns. I also want to thank Bashayer at the front desk for being so kind and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience — highly recommend!

Such a wonderful dental clinic! The team is kind, caring, and very attentive. Miss Bachaer at front desk, Dr. Tahir Ali and Manager Shaun all are very friendly. The environment is clean and calming, and the service was excellent.

I had a great experience at Platinum Dental. The hygienist “Rusul” was professional, though, made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. The receptionist “Bachaer” was friendly, welcoming, and handled scheduling smoothly, making the whole visit effortless. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for exact care and a positive environment.

Just moved to the area this clinic is amazing they gave me an appointment super fast even during the holidays, there were no wait times, and the staff was very nice and friendly!

Dr Faizan and Sufiyan were very professional and really took the time to do my cleaning.

Will defenitly be coming back ! 🙏🥂

Took my daughter here for an emergency appointment as our usual dentist was closed for the holidays. Not only did they fit us in, but from start to finish the staff were fantastic. Th front counter and nursing staff were very kind and caring and the doctor we saw (Dr. Faizan Ahmed) was so knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for a new family dentist office, I would give Platinum Dental a try.

I had a really good experience at Platinum Dental. I got my teeth cleaned by Dr. Faizan Ahmed and he was very friendly and professional, which made the visit comfortable. The staff were all nice and welcoming, and the clinic was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a smooth visit and I’d definitely recommend this place.
